The Sant’Agostino Reserve offers its guests the opportunity to stay in its Apartments within the Reserve.

The original terracotta floors, the antique family furniture, but above all the access to the beach, olive trees, all offer a unique experience in a refined country setting.

Our ambition in hospitality is to cultivate human relationships that make each guest feel at ease as if they were at home but with the possibility of being able to experience a stay at the highest level.

The Riserva Sant’Agostino has for years hosted teachers, researchers and trainees from the University of Tuscia who carry out land management projects.

Our latest project is about precision agriculture, installing water drippers for our olive plantation, which help us reduce soil ingestion and root intrusion.

We have also invested in a high-tech two-phase oil mill, without adding dilution water to avoid oil washout, thus preserving its most valuable aromatic parts, and to operate at low temperatures to obtain a high-quality and rich product of polyphenols.

Located in the company centre, this 90 m2 apartment with independent entrance consists of a large living room, 2 double or twin bedrooms with 2 separate single beds, 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, exclusive use of the kitchen and free Wi-Fi .

A guided tour inside the Reserve, with the possibility of birdwatching and approaching the many animal species present in complete safety, as well as a tasting of agricultural production in the oil mill.
